Random Number Seed for DC04 v1

Here is a little Root script, which calculates the random number used for the DC04 v1 production.

It uses as input run and event number. Very important, it requires ROOT v3.10.02 !

Otherwise, the hash algorithm will produce a different result.

In the script, there is also an example of two sets of twins, and their corresponding seeds.
